Preparing to contact Support

Should a technical issue arise with your Zonal POS system, Zonal is committed to resolving the issue as soon as possible with minimal impact to the operation of your business.


Instant Help Online

All Zonal POS systems have instant on-line help to describe normal day-to-day tasks and system functions and help troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.

  • On the POS, simply press HELP to display the POS online help menu.
  • On any back office application, press F1 to display instantly a help menu for the application you are working with.

Contact us by Phone

Our Help Center is manned by experienced staff 365 days a year and is open from 8am to midnight.

Prior to contacting Zonal, please obtain the following information that will be requested during the service call:

  • Your Name and your Site Name
  • Product causing a problem and nature of the fault
  • Any error messages or error numbers
  • If it is a POS system fault, provide the name of the faulty POS
